Junior Associate Director, Client Delivery

About the role

MUFG Investor Services, a division of Mitsubishi UFJ Financial Group, supports public and private funds with asset servicing and operational solutions. As a Junior Associate Director, Private Equity, you will support a portfolio of private equity fund clients and make sure their financial information is accurate, delivered on time and meets regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare fund accounting reports, Net Asset Values (NAVs), financial statements and other client deliverables.
• Review fund transactions and ensure they are accurately recorded in the accounting systems.
• Work with investment managers, auditors, brokers and other partners to resolve operational matters.
• Collaborate with Investor Delivery, Regulatory Reporting, Finance and Operations teams to meet client deadlines.
• Support the year-end audit, including preparing information requested by auditors.
• Respond to client queries and monitor deliverables so work is completed accurately and on time.
• Identify process improvements and ensure fees are invoiced and collected on time.

Required profile

• Degree or post-secondary qualification in Accounting, Finance, Business or a related field.
• Experience in fund administration, investment management, public accounting or auditing.
• Interest in, or current study of, a professional qualification such as ACCA, ACA, CPA, CFA or equivalent is an advantage.
