Legal Executive – Litigation & Personal Injury

About the role

Gibson & Associates LLP is seeking an experienced Legal Executive to join its Litigation & Personal Injury team in Dublin. The successful candidate will work in a fast‑paced environment, progressing files, supporting solicitor‑led outcomes and delivering high‑quality client care.

Key responsibilities

• Progress litigation and personal injury files from inception to resolution.
• Support solicitors in preparing case strategies and documentation.
• Draft legal documents, pleadings and correspondence independently.
• Maintain accurate case records and ensure compliance with deadlines.
• Provide proactive client communication and service throughout the case lifecycle.

Required profile

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in litigation or personal injury law.
• Strong organisational abilities and a client‑focused mindset.
• Proactive, collaborative approach with the ability to work autonomously.
