Management & Leadership Instructor for AI Training

About the role

We are seeking experienced management and leadership instructors to help shape how AI systems understand organizational behavior, decision‑making, and leadership strategy. This fully remote, flexible contract role lets you work on your own schedule while contributing to cutting‑edge AI development.

Key responsibilities

• Review AI‑generated management and leadership scenarios used in model training.
• Evaluate the quality of AI reasoning around teams, incentives, and organizational structures.
• Identify unrealistic assumptions, logical gaps, or weak decision‑making frameworks.
• Provide clear, structured feedback to improve AI handling of managerial reasoning.
• Work independently and asynchronously on task‑based assignments.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience teaching management or leadership at the post‑secondary level.
• Strong command of organizational behavior, leadership theory, and management principles.
• Ability to evaluate decision‑making quality and analyze complex trade‑offs.
• Comfortable reading and assessing written scenarios and AI‑generated recommendations.
• Self‑motivated and reliable in a remote, asynchronous environment.
• Nice to have: MBA or Master’s in Management, industry experience in leadership or operations, familiarity with AI evaluation workflows.
