Marketing Project Manager

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Marketing Project Manager to lead the coordination and execution of high‑impact marketing design and digital initiatives. Working remotely from Ireland, you will collaborate with cross‑functional teams across marketing, product, and development to deliver creative assets on time and at scale.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of marketing design projects, from intake and planning through launch and post‑delivery follow‑up.
• Define project scopes, timelines, deliverables and ensure clear communication with all stakeholders.
• Coordinate workflows between Marketing, Product and Development teams to maintain alignment on objectives.
• Translate technical and product requirements into actionable briefs for design and marketing teams.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and ensure deadlines and quality standards are met.
• Oversee website launches, digital updates, landing pages and CMS‑related activities.
• Maintain consistency and accuracy across digital marketing assets and customer‑facing touchpoints.
• Develop processes, templates and documentation to improve operational efficiency.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in marketing project management, design operations or a related field.
• Proven ability to manage complex design workflows and coordinate cross‑functional collaboration.
• Experience leading website launches and digital product initiatives.
• Strong organizational, multitasking and attention‑to‑detail skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Comfortable working in a fully remote, international team environment.
