Partner Account Manager – French Speaking (EMEA)

About the role

Klaviyo is looking for a French‑speaking Partner Account Manager to join its EMEA team in Dublin. You will act as the primary liaison for our SMB marketing agencies and systems integrator partners in the French region, helping them grow their businesses and deliver value to their clients.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of ~40 SMB partner relationships, serving as a trusted advisor.
• Develop and execute long‑term growth strategies for partners, aligning with Klaviyo’s objectives.
• Build and maintain a lead‑referral pipeline, identifying co‑selling opportunities.
• Articulate Klaviyo’s platform value, differentiating it from competitors and demonstrating profitability benefits.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to keep partners informed of new features and integrations.
• Travel up to 25% of the time across the UK and Europe to nurture relationships and attend events.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in partnerships, account management, channel sales, or commercial customer success within SaaS (preferably MarTech or eCommerce).
• Proven ability to handle multiple high‑velocity accounts and drive partner productivity.
• Fluent in written and spoken English and French; business‑level Spanish or Italian is a plus.
