Program Management Intern – Summer 2027 (Dublin)

About the role

Mastercard’s internship program offers hands‑on experience, skill development, networking and the chance to make a meaningful impact on business‑priority projects. Two Program Management Intern positions are available for Summer 2027, each supporting a different technology team within Mastercard’s Dublin Tech Hub.

Key responsibilities

• Support planning, execution and delivery of technical or regulatory workstreams from inception to completion.
• Develop and maintain integrated project schedules and track milestones, dependencies and delivery progress.
• Coordinate engineering, partner and cross‑functional teams, monitoring data‑centre deployments, product integrations and regulatory deliverables.
• Identify and communicate gaps, blockers or risks, providing data‑driven updates to senior stakeholders.
• Prepare leadership updates, presentations, dashboards and documentation to ensure program visibility.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or master’s program (e.g., Project Management, Computer Science, Engineering) with expected graduation between Dec 2027 and Jul 2028.
• Available to work onsite in the Dublin Tech Hub at least three days per week from 21 June to 27 August 2027.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities, with the capacity to communicate technical information to non‑technical and senior audiences.
• Interest in infrastructure, data‑centre projects, software‑product deployments or technology regulatory initiatives in a global organization.
