Recruiting Coordinator – Remote (Ireland)

About the role

We are seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to support high‑growth recruiting operations within a fast‑moving technology environment. Based in Ireland and working remotely, you will help create a smooth, efficient, and positive experience for candidates and hiring teams across multiple locations and time zones.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple time zones, involving candidates, recruiters, hiring managers, and interview panels.
• Manage candidate communications throughout the hiring journey with professionalism and attention to detail.
• Partner with recruiting teams and hiring managers to maintain an organized hiring process.
• Maintain the applicant tracking system (ATS) ensuring accurate candidate records and reliable recruiting data.
• Track recruiting metrics and support reporting on pipeline activity, hiring progress, and operational performance.
• Assist with candidate sourcing initiatives and outbound recruiting campaigns when needed.
• Support offer coordination, pre‑onboarding activities, and transition steps for successful candidates.
• Improve recruiting workflows, documentation, and operational processes to support company growth.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 3+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, recruiting operations, talent acquisition, or similar roles.
• Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong communication skills and excellent attention to detail.
• Comfortable collaborating with distributed teams across different locations and time zones.

Required skills

• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
