Recruitment Manager – Life Sciences (Contract)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced recruiter – or a high‑potential professional ready to step into leadership – to join our fast‑growing Life Sciences team in Cork. The role focuses on contract recruitment for manufacturing and engineering functions within leading pharma, biopharma and MedTech organisations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and nurture relationships across the Life Sciences manufacturing sector, building a strong network of contractors.
• Drive business growth by sourcing, placing and managing technical contractors.
• Own the full recruitment lifecycle from client brief to contractor onboarding.
• Position yourself as a market expert and provide consultative advice to clients.
• Take on leadership responsibilities, supporting team development and potentially managing a junior team.

Required profile

• Proven success in recruitment, ideally within contract, technical or Life Sciences environments.
• Strong business development and relationship‑building capabilities.
• Motivated, resilient mindset with a consultative approach.
• Confidence operating in a fast‑paced, competitive market.
