Talent Acquisition Specialist – Remote (Ireland)

About the role

EverAI is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join its fast‑growing team on a fully remote basis from Ireland. You will partner directly with the CEO and senior leaders to build the workforce that will support 50 million users and future growth to 100 million and beyond.

Key responsibilities

• Map and source elite talent from Tier‑1 tech hubs worldwide, engaging passive candidates through targeted outreach.
• Develop and refine the recruitment workflow, incorporating AI‑driven sourcing tools and data‑based metrics.
• Collaborate with functional leaders to understand hiring needs and translate them into effective talent strategies.
• Lead employer branding initiatives and create compelling recruitment content to attract high‑quality candidates.
• Maintain a high bar for candidate quality while scaling hiring volume across all functions, especially technology roles.

Required profile

• Proven experience in full‑cycle talent acquisition, preferably in high‑growth tech environments.
• Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and influence recruitment processes at a strategic level.
• Comfortable operating in a fully remote, globally distributed team.
• Strong networking skills and a track record of engaging passive talent.
