Resource Acquisition Specialist

About the role

This position offers an exciting opportunity for an experienced Resource Acquisition Specialist to join a large, complex organisation. Working in a hybrid model, you will combine workforce planning, stakeholder engagement, and talent acquisition to ensure the business has the right talent to meet its operational goals.

Key responsibilities

• Forecast workforce needs and support recruitment planning with data‑driven insights.
• Maintain compliance with safety, governance and GDPR requirements throughout the recruitment process.
• Conduct psychometric assessments, including personality profiling, for specialist selections.
• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment activities: assessment administration, result interpretation, selection recommendations and interview panel participation.
• Coordinate administrative tasks such as scheduling interviews, candidate communications, pre‑employment checks, contract preparation and work permit administration.
• Undertake role scoping, job analysis and workforce planning to keep selection methodologies fit for purpose.
• Contribute to strategic objectives around attraction, diversity, inclusion and talent pipeline development.
• Build strong stakeholder relationships to deliver effective resourcing solutions.

Required profile

• Proven experience in workforce planning, recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to use market insights to drive hiring decisions.
• Excellent understanding of compliance, safety‑critical recruitment and data protection regulations.
• Ability to work collaboratively with business stakeholders and influence hiring outcomes.

What we offer

• Hybrid working model.
• Salary range €50,000 – €55,000 per year.
• Option to join on a permanent contract or a 12‑month fixed‑term contract.
