Retail Team Leader / Supervisor – Dundrum

About the role

DCK is a leading fashion jewellery company working with major retailers. We are looking for a Retail Team Leader to cover the Dundrum zone, managing multiple store sites on a 30‑hour week, Monday to Friday.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the brand ambassador, delivering excellent product presentation and visual merchandising to maximise sales.
• Provide line‑management support to retail associates, handling zone escalations and ad‑hoc expertise.
• Follow all operational processes and safety policies, ensuring an efficient working environment.
• Use the company scheduling app on a mobile device to manage appointments across the zone.

Required profile

• Supervisory experience in a retail setting and a strong team‑oriented attitude.
• Confident, positive interpersonal skills with a professional personal presentation.
• Full, valid driving licence and access to your own vehicle for multi‑site coverage.
• Ability to work independently following written and visual instructions.

Required skills

• Access to a device running Android 8.1+ or iOS 13.4+.
• Comfortable using mobile software and applications for scheduling and merchandising.

What we offer

• Competitive hourly rate of €17 per hour.
• Free jewellery allowance up to £55 per month.
