Sales & Account Manager (B2B)

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales & Account Manager to help shape and grow our B2B sales function. You will join a fast‑moving team that builds world‑class enterprise sales processes, leveraging AI tools to identify high‑potential corporate clients and drive long‑term revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement the strategy, approach and guiding principles for a high‑performing B2B sales organization.
• Curate and manage a pipeline of high‑potential leads, using AI‑driven prioritisation to focus effort on the most promising opportunities.
• Develop deep industry knowledge, understand client incentives, pressure points and decision‑makers to build profitable relationships.
• Represent the product confidently, gather client feedback and relay insights to product teams.
• Monitor performance metrics, analyse data and identify the highest‑value actions to maximise impact.
• Deliver exceptional service at every client touchpoint to build trust and long‑term partnerships.

Required profile
