Technical Account Manager - AI for Martech

About the role

We are seeking a Technical Account Manager specialized in AI‑driven Martech solutions to join our remote‑first team in Ireland. In this role you will act as the bridge between cutting‑edge AI technology, data capabilities and the business objectives of enterprise clients, guiding them from strategy through successful implementation.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain trusted relationships with enterprise clients, understanding their business goals and identifying AI‑enabled transformation opportunities.
• Translate customer requirements into detailed project plans, success metrics and value propositions.
• Lead end‑to‑end AI implementation projects, including business case development, scoping, onboarding, deployment and post‑launch optimisation.
• Facilitate discovery workshops, stakeholder communication and regular business reviews.
• Coordinate onboarding activities, gather requirements, design solutions and work closely with internal technology, data and product teams.
• Monitor project performance against KPIs, customer satisfaction and service‑level objectives, proactively managing risks.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Management Engineering, Economics, Marketing or a related field with strong technical aptitude.
• 3‑5 years of experience in account management, project management or customer‑facing roles within Martech, AI, SaaS or complex IT environments.
• Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver results in a fast‑changing environment.
