Accommodation Assistant – Boutique Hotel

About the role

We are looking for three enthusiastic Accommodation Assistants to join the team at the Fitzwilton Hotel, a stylish boutique property in Waterford. You will help maintain the high standards of cleanliness and guest comfort that define our brand.

Key responsibilities

• Work flexible shift patterns, including evenings and weekends, across all areas of the accommodation department.
• Inspect and clean guest rooms and public areas according to standard operating procedures.
• Follow directions from the accommodation management team and support new ideas.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene, presentation, and safety at all times.
• Assist in planning, organising, and controlling the daily workload of the team.
• Attend meetings and briefings as required.

• Strong organisational skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Availability to work flexible days and hours.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and work under pressure.
