Accommodation Assistant (Full Time)

About the role

The Cabra Castle Hotel is looking for a full‑time Accommodation Assistant to maintain a clean, welcoming environment for guests. You will be responsible for both housekeeping and laundry duties throughout the academic year, working weekdays and weekends.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and service assigned rooms, bathrooms, corridors, public areas and toilets to hotel standards.
• Wash, dry and store hotel linen and other laundry items to a suitable quality.
• Perform any additional cleaning or accommodation tasks assigned by management.
• Collect and hand in lost property at the end of each shift and report any theft immediately.
• Follow the hotel’s customer‑relations policy, respecting guest privacy and confidentiality.
• Provide information about hotel services and facilities to guests when required.

Required profile

• Full‑time availability during weekdays and weekends for the entire academic year.
• Strong work ethic and reliable attendance.
• Good spoken and written English communication skills.
• Own transport or reliable daily commuting capability.
• Legal permission to work and reside in Ireland.
