Accommodation Assistant (Full‑time)

About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic Accommodation Assistants to join the housekeeping team at Sheen Falls Lodge, a luxury hotel in Kenmare, County Kerry. You will work in a fast‑paced environment, supporting the cleanliness and presentation of public areas, guest rooms, villas and cottages.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and maintain guest rooms, villas, cottages and public areas to the highest standards.
• Perform turndown duties, replenish amenities and report any maintenance issues.
• Collaborate with the Accommodation Manager and Supervisors to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Adhere to health, safety and hygiene procedures.
• Assist with special guest requests and ensure a welcoming atmosphere.

Required profile

• Legal right to live and work in Ireland without restriction.
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
• Good communication skills and team spirit.

Required skills

• Experience in hotel housekeeping or similar hospitality role (preferred but not mandatory).
• Familiarity with cleaning equipment and chemicals.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow standard operating procedures.
