About the role
The Accommodation Assistant will join the housekeeping team at a leading hotel and country club, providing high‑standard cleaning and guest‑service support across the property. Working hours are generally 09:30‑15:30, covering mid‑week and weekend days up to five days per week.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain a high level of cleanliness in bedrooms, bathrooms, corridors, fire exits and store areas.
- Follow departmental procedures to ensure consistent service quality.
- Report any maintenance faults to the Accommodation Management Team promptly.
- Develop thorough knowledge of all accommodation services and hotel facilities, including opening hours.
- Attend all mandatory training sessions and stay updated on product usage.
Required profile
- Excellent presentation and a positive attitude.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
- Good command of the English language.
- Previous experience in a cleaning role is advantageous.
