About the role

Join our vibrant team at The Kilkenny Ormonde Hotel as an Accommodation Assistant. You will ensure our guest rooms and public areas are spotless, comfortable, and ready for an exceptional stay.

Key responsibilities

• Clean hotel bedrooms to company standards.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene and tidiness in assigned bedrooms, corridors and public areas.
• Replenish bathroom and bedroom supplies to required levels.
• Report any defects in rooms, corridors or public areas to the supervisor or manager.

Required profile

• Minimum of one year’s experience in a similar housekeeping role.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Detail‑oriented and standards‑driven.
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• Flexibility regarding working hours.
