Accommodation Associate

About the role

We are looking for an Accommodation Associate to join our team at The Kingsley. In this role you will ensure guest rooms and public areas are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation, contributing to an exceptional guest experience.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and maintain assigned guest rooms, lodges and public areas to company standards.
• Replace guest amenities, supplies and make beds.
• Collect and remove dirty linens and room‑service items.
• Dust, polish and remove marks from walls, furniture and fixtures.
• Vacuum and tidy lobbies, corridors and other communal spaces.

Required profile

• High standard of English communication.
• Flexibility to work any 8‑hour shift across a 7‑day roster.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Professional presentation and a positive “can‑do” attitude.
