Accommodation Supervisor

About the role

The Grand Hotel in Malahide is seeking an experienced Accommodation Supervisor to join its Housekeeping team. You will support the management team in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the accommodation department across guest rooms, public areas and conference suites.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and inspect rooms to maintain high standards in line with hotel guidelines.
• Ensure consistent, high‑quality cleaning of bedrooms, public areas and conference suites.
• Assist with recruitment and selection to place the right people in the right roles.
• Coordinate with the Maintenance team to uphold hotel standards.

Required profile

• Previous supervisory experience in a 4‑star or 5‑star property.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
• Flexible, adaptable, approachable and able to lead by example.
• Good command of the English language.
