Account Executive – Talent Solutions (UKI Market)

About the role

LinkedIn is seeking an Account Executive for its Talent Solutions team, focused on the UKI market. Based in Dublin, you will work in a hybrid setting, combining remote work with days in the office. The role centers on outbound prospecting, building pipelines, and closing new business to help companies hire and develop talent.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect relentlessly to generate a robust pipeline of new accounts.
• Create accurate forecasts and maintain transparent pipeline visibility with management.
• Close new business consistently, meeting or exceeding quota.
• Develop and execute a strategic territory plan, sharing competitive insights.
• Coach colleagues and contribute to best‑practice documentation for the team.

Required profile

• 2+ years of sales experience, with at least 1 year of closing experience.
• Business fluency in English.
• Proven ability to work independently and collaborate across functions.

Required skills

• Experience selling SaaS solutions.
• Familiarity with Salesforce.com platform and/or Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
