Account Manager – Small/Medium Business Cloud Solutions

About the role

Join the Google Cloud Small/Medium Business (SMB) team as an Account Manager. You will work with SMBs, startups, and digital‑native customers worldwide, helping them adopt Google’s cloud portfolio and driving growth.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of existing Google Cloud customers, maintaining and expanding business revenue.
• Collaborate with business partners to uncover new opportunities within their customer base.
• Identify and promote additional Google products and services that meet customer needs.
• Gather and relay customer feedback to Product and Marketing teams to improve the overall experience.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• At least 4 years of experience in sales, client relationship, or account management, preferably in technology sales.
• Demonstrated ability to build relationships with business customers.
• Passion for cloud computing and experience handling multiple tasks with shifting priorities.
