About the role
Meta’s Small and Medium Business Group is looking for an Account Manager to serve advertisers across the UK and Ireland. You will help clients grow by advising on Meta’s advertising solutions and ensuring successful campaign execution.
Key responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of direct advertisers, driving revenue growth and client retention.
- Develop and execute account plans that align Meta’s products with client business goals.
- Educate clients on advertising products, best practices and measurement tools.
- Identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities through data analysis.
- Maintain strong relationships via regular communication, business reviews and proactive outreach.
- Collaborate with internal marketing, product and operations teams to deliver tailored solutions.
- Monitor portfolio performance, provide actionable insights and support the full campaign lifecycle.
Required profile
- 3+ years of experience in account management, digital advertising sales or client‑facing consulting.
- Proven track record of managing client relationships and meeting revenue targets.
- Strong analytical ability to translate campaign data into clear recommendations.
- Excellent communication skills for presenting complex concepts.
- Ability to prioritize multiple accounts and meet deadlines.
Required skills
- Experience with Meta’s advertising platform (campaign setup, optimisation, measurement).
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales pipeline management.
- Knowledge of AI prompt/context engineering and agent orchestration.
