Accountant – Client Expenses (Hybrid, Limerick)

About the role

We are looking for an Accountant to join our Ireland Client Expenses team in Limerick. The role is hybrid, offering a mix of office and remote work, and provides an opportunity to work within a Fortune 500 financial institution.

Key responsibilities

• Process client Third Party, Management, Performance and Directors fee payments in line with Service Level Agreements.
• Calculate and review client tax returns (PAYE/PRSI/VAT) and file them with the Irish Revenue Commissioners.
• Deliver high‑quality service by completing assigned tasks accurately and on time.
• Respond to client and internal emails promptly and resolve queries.
• Build strong relationships with clients, suppliers and internal contacts.
• Assist with onboarding new clients and liaise with operational departments.
• Follow defined processes, check for errors and ensure compliance.
• Participate in process‑improvement projects and support colleagues as needed.

Required profile

• Previous experience in financial services, fund administration or accounts payable.
• Strong attention to detail and client‑service orientation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to assess issues, identify solutions and meet critical deadlines.
• Team‑player who can work effectively in a collaborative environment.
