Accounting Manager

About the role

We are seeking an Accounting Manager to join a growing accountancy and business advisory firm. In this newly created position you will work closely with the accounting teams to provide oversight of all financial and statutory accounting information, ensuring accuracy and compliance for a diverse client portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and review daily accounting operations and statutory reporting.
• Coordinate with client teams to deliver trusted financial expertise.
• Maintain high standards of accuracy and timeliness in financial records.
• Support audit processes and liaise with external auditors as needed.

Required profile

• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CPA or equivalent).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in an accountancy practice.
• Experience in the music industry is a plus, as is UK company accounting experience.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of QuickBooks Online.
• Proficiency with Sage accounting software.
• Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office suite skills.
