Accounting Manager – Remote (Ireland)

About the role

We are partnering with a modern professional services firm to hire a qualified accountant for a fully remote Accounting Manager position serving clients across Ireland. The role blends financial reporting, client advisory, and business support, ideal for a proactive accountant who enjoys variety and building strong client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare management accounts and financial reports for a diverse portfolio of clients.
• Support day‑to‑day financial and compliance matters, including forecasting, budgeting and analysis.
• Manage workloads to meet multiple deadlines and ensure high‑quality client service.
• Assist with process‑improvement initiatives and ad‑hoc business projects.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to internal operational improvements.

Required profile

• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CPA or equivalent) with at least 5 years post‑qualification experience, preferably in Irish practice.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Comfortable handling multiple priorities and working independently in a remote environment.
• Detail‑oriented, proactive and able to meet deadlines consistently.
