AI Data Reviewer (Remote Contractor)

About the role

We are looking for a remote AI Data Reviewer to help train next‑generation artificial‑intelligence models. In this contractor position you will evaluate real‑world software screenshots, annotate UI elements and provide clear, evidence‑based feedback that directly improves model performance.

Key responsibilities

• Review and analyze screenshots of diverse software interfaces, identifying UI elements and interpreting user workflows.
• Evaluate and annotate AI model responses, ensuring judgments are strictly based on visible screen content.
• Distinguish observable evidence from assumptions and document well‑reasoned explanations.
• Complete structured annotation and data review tasks across dashboards, forms, admin panels, CRM tools, and web applications.
• Collaborate with the customer’s team to deliver actionable feedback that enhances AI models.
• Maintain rigorous attention to detail and adhere to established quality guidelines.
• Communicate insights effectively in writing and verbally to support team knowledge‑sharing.

Required profile

• Strong expertise in screenshot analysis and UI interpretation across multiple software environments.
• Exceptional attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and consistency.
• Excellent written communication skills and ability to articulate complex observations concisely.
• High computer literacy and comfort navigating a variety of digital tools and workflows.
• Proven ability to differentiate evidence‑based findings from assumptions.
• Experience with structured annotation or review processes in technical or operational settings.
• Effective time‑management skills and ability to meet deadlines in a remote work setting.
