Application Support Consultant - Hybrid

About the role

We are looking for an Application Support Consultant to join our Customer Success team. You will work with a suite of enterprise software covering Accounting, Stock Management, CRM, E‑Commerce, Business Intelligence and Supply Chain Management, helping customers get the most out of their investment.

Key responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve technical issues reported by customers.
• Troubleshoot problems across multiple business modules and integrations.
• Provide guidance and best‑practice advice to maximise software value.
• Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and prioritize complex cases.

Required profile

• Experience with ERP, accounting, finance or business management software, or a degree in Computer Science, Accounting, Business or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with a structured troubleshooting approach.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer‑focused attitude.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
