Architect / Graduate Architect – 3+ yrs experience, Dublin

About the role

An architectural design studio in South Dublin is looking for an Architect or a Graduate Architect (working towards registration) with at least three years of experience. You will join a collaborative team delivering a diverse portfolio of commercial, residential, leisure and retail projects across Ireland.

Key responsibilities

• Develop design concepts and technical solutions from planning through construction.
• Prepare and coordinate construction documents and drawings.
• Manage project timelines, budgets and on‑site coordination.
• Liaise with clients, consultants and contractors to ensure design intent is achieved.
• Support the team in delivering mixed‑use developments and adhering to Irish building regulations.

Required profile

• RIAI or RIBA membership (or actively working towards registration).
• 3+ years post‑qualification experience in architecture.
• Strong knowledge of Irish Building Regulations and BCAR.
• Eligibility to work in Ireland.

Required skills

• Proficiency in ArchiCAD.
• Experience delivering projects from planning to construction.
• Excellent communication, coordination and organisational abilities.
• On‑site experience is highly desired.
