Architect / Graduate Architect – South Dublin

About the role

We are an architectural design studio based in South Dublin looking for a qualified Architect or Graduate Architect (working towards registration) to join our expanding team. You will work on a varied portfolio of commercial, residential, leisure and retail projects across Ireland, taking designs from concept through to construction.

Key responsibilities

• Develop design concepts and detailed construction documents for mixed‑use projects.
• Manage the full project lifecycle, from planning applications to on‑site delivery.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors and clients to ensure design intent is maintained.
• Conduct site visits and provide on‑site supervision where required.
• Ensure compliance with Irish Building Regulations and BCAR throughout the project.

Required profile

• RIAI or RIBA membership (or actively working towards registration).
• 3+ years post‑qualification experience in architecture.
• Eligibility to work in Ireland.
• Strong technical and design abilities with a solid understanding of current Irish building regulations.

Required skills

• Proficiency in ArchiCAD.
• Knowledge of Irish Building Regulations and BCAR.
• Experience delivering projects from planning to construction.
