Arctic Driver

About the role

Martin Brower is seeking an enthusiastic Arctic Driver to join its Customer Service Driver team in Dublin. You will be responsible for delivering ambient, chilled and frozen products to restaurant customers, ensuring temperature‑controlled goods arrive safely and on time.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect vehicles for defects before departure and report any issues.
• Verify that goods are correct, secure and temperature‑controlled.
• Follow the delivery schedule, logging arrival and departure times on the journey sheet.
• Communicate any delays, breakdowns or delivery problems to the Transport Office.
• Complete delivery paperwork, including POD checks, temperature probing and PDA processes.
• Obtain signatures from restaurant managers on each delivery.
• Clean the vehicle interior, refuel the unit and fridge, and park as directed after each journey.

Required profile

• Minimum two years holding a valid C+E licence.
• At least three years accident‑free experience driving large goods vehicles.
• Drivers CPC qualification.
• Level 2 English and Maths (or equivalent).
• Strong health and safety awareness and ability to work under pressure.
