Assembler Operator

About the role

The Assembler Operator is responsible for safely operating production machinery and equipment to meet the organisation's manufacturing specifications, schedules, cost targets and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Operate machines and production equipment safely in accordance with written instructions.
• Monitor the quality of output, identify faulty products and arrange for their discard or re‑manufacture.
• Maintain accurate daily production records to enable performance analysis.

Required profile

• Ability to follow established procedures and guidelines.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure quality standards are consistently met.
• Basic numeracy and record‑keeping skills for daily production logs.
