Assistant Brand Manager – Club & Local Brands

About the role

As an Assistant Brand Manager you will work on Ireland’s iconic soft‑drink portfolio, helping to keep the brands fresh, relevant and engaging. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will support the development and execution of marketing plans that resonate with today’s consumers.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the CSD Manager to implement operational and marketing plans for club and local soft‑drink brands.
• Develop and launch through‑the‑line (TTL) campaigns that reflect current social‑media and cultural trends.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyse results and recommend real‑time optimisations.
• Manage strategic partnerships, sponsorships and influencer collaborations to amplify brand visibility.
• Work with cross‑functional teams to ensure consistent brand storytelling across all channels.
• Coordinate with external agencies, creative partners and packaging experts to bring innovative brand concepts to life.
• Support new product development from concept through post‑launch evaluation.
• Assist with budget tracking and allocation to maximise brand impact.
• Lead the digital and social‑media calendar, partnering with agencies to optimise online presence.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of marketing experience, preferably in the FMCG sector.
• Passionate, energetic and a strong team player with a genuine interest in brand building.
• Curiosity about social‑media dynamics and a good understanding of youth culture in Ireland.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
