Join Sunglass Hut as an Assistant Manager and help create a high‑energy, feel‑good environment where customers and team members thrive. You will support the Store Manager in delivering an outstanding retail experience and driving sales performance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the store team to deliver an exceptional Sunglass Hut experience.
• Foster a positive, high‑energy culture that encourages teamwork and celebrates wins.
• Coach, motivate and develop staff to achieve sales targets and improve performance.
• Oversee daily store operations and step in for the Store Manager when needed.
• Assist in recruiting and onboarding talent that aligns with the brand’s style and confidence.

Required profile

• Retail experience with leadership or supervisory exposure.
• Proven track record of driving sales and team performance.
• Strong people skills, confidence and positive energy.
• Flexibility and adaptability in a fast‑moving retail environment.
