About the role
The Assistant Staff Officer (Grade IV) will provide direct support to the Medical Manpower Manager within the HR Department. Working as a key member of the HR team, the role ensures smooth coordination of medical staffing functions and contributes to the overall effectiveness of the department.
Key responsibilities
- Assist the Medical Manpower Manager in daily operational tasks and strategic initiatives.
- Maintain and update medical personnel records and staffing databases.
- Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and placement of medical staff in collaboration with HR colleagues.
- Prepare reports and analyses on medical workforce metrics.
- Facilitate communication between medical units and HR services.
Required profile
- Relevant experience in HR or medical staffing support.
- Strong organizational and administrative abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
