Assistant Store Manager

About the role

We are looking for an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager at our Dundrum Shopping Centre location. You will help drive sales, ensure excellent customer service and oversee daily store operations in a fast‑paced fashion and lifestyle environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in all aspects of store operations and performance.
• Drive sales, KPIs and customer service standards.
• Lead, motivate and develop a high‑performing retail team.
• Deliver an engaging and welcoming customer experience.
• Assist with staff training, coaching and performance management.
• Maintain visual merchandising and presentation standards.
• Support stock control, cash handling and operational procedures.
• Analyse store performance and identify improvement opportunities.
• Foster a positive and collaborative team culture.

Required profile

• Previous experience in retail management, preferably fashion, accessories or lifestyle.
• Strong leadership and team‑management abilities.
• Commercial awareness with a hands‑on approach to operations.
• Passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.
• Organised, adaptable and able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Positive, proactive attitude and strong communication skills.
