Associate Account Manager – Outbound Sales

About the role

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and call B2B businesses daily, maintaining a high outbound call volume.
• Conduct discovery conversations to understand hiring needs and position Irishjobs solutions.
• Pitch, quote, and close deals, taking ownership of newly won customers.
• Build and manage a sales pipeline, track activity, and meet clear monthly targets.
• Progress to an Account Manager role after 12 months, combining new business acquisition with account growth and renewal.

Required profile

• Experience in high‑volume outbound sales (ideal 80‑100 calls per day).
• Confidence on the phone, ability to handle objections and stay motivated.
• Target‑driven mindset with a strong desire to earn well.
• Background in B2B sales, inside sales, recruitment, insurance/telco outbound, or call‑centre style sales.
