Associate Architect – Dublin

About the role

Mott MacDonald is seeking an Associate Architect to join its Dublin office within the Buildings and Cities unit. You will work on a diverse portfolio of projects across aviation, industrial, transportation and other building typologies, delivering services at all RIBA/RIAI stages for clients in Ireland, the UK and Europe.

Key responsibilities

• Lead design and technical development of architectural projects from concept through completion.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and manage project documentation.
• Ensure compliance with Irish building regulations, British Standards and relevant legislation.
• Develop and maintain Revit models and other BIM deliverables.
• Support multiple concurrent projects while meeting client expectations and deadlines.

Required profile

• Qualified architect (Post‑Part 3) with ARB registration and/or registration in Ireland.
• Proven experience delivering architectural projects in Ireland.
• Interest in aviation, industrial, transportation or justice & correctional sectors (beneficial but not essential).
• Willingness to work on several projects simultaneously.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Revit.
