Associate Graphic Designer

About the role

The Associate Graphic Designer joins the Marketing Design team at eBay’s TCGplayer brand. Reporting to the Design Manager, you will create visual concepts that support digital and print marketing campaigns, ensuring brand consistency and timely delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Design engaging visual assets for digital channels, social media, advertisements, and print collateral.
• Collaborate with designers, marketers, and cross‑functional stakeholders to translate project goals into creative solutions.
• Prepare production‑ready files for both web and print, adhering to technical specifications.
• Maintain and update design templates to improve workflow efficiency.
• Manage multiple assignments and deadlines while continuously developing design skills through feedback and mentorship.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
• At least 3 years of professional design experience or a portfolio that demonstrates relevant capabilities.
• Strong understanding of design principles, visual composition, and typography.
• Excellent communication skills for presenting ideas and collaborating with teams.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience using Figma for design work.
