Associate Recruiter – Remote (Ireland)

About the role

This remote Associate Recruiter position supports a fast‑growing partner company in Ireland. You will work closely with senior recruiters and hiring managers to source, evaluate, and engage top talent across technical and business functions.

Key responsibilities

• Review inbound applications for multiple open positions and identify qualified candidates using structured assessment methods.
• Conduct recruiter phone screens to evaluate experience, skills, motivation, and role fit.
• Leverage recruiting platforms and sourcing tools to streamline candidate evaluation and improve hiring efficiency.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and execute tailored recruiting strategies.
• Manage several recruitment processes simultaneously while maintaining a high standard of candidate experience and communication.
• Adapt screening approaches to diverse job profiles and contribute to continuous improvement of recruiting workflows.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of recruiting experience in a staffing agency or in‑house talent acquisition team.
• Proven ability to review high volumes of applications and consistently identify strong talent.
• Strong interviewing skills with experience conducting structured first‑round screens.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, highly organized, and detail‑oriented.
• Curious, adaptable, and eager to learn about different functions and industries.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote, collaborative environment.
