About the role

Analog Devices is seeking an Associate Talent Acquisition Sourcer to support its rapid growth by identifying and engaging high‑quality technical talent. You will work closely with hiring managers and recruiters across multiple business units to build pipelines for hard‑to‑fill positions.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute advanced sourcing strategies to build pipelines of passive candidates for critical roles.
• Develop and maintain talent pipelines through research, referral generation, and systematic sourcing campaigns.
• Craft personalized candidate journeys by understanding candidate personas, motivations, and differentiators.
• Represent talent acquisition in strategic business discussions, providing market insights and competitive intelligence.
• Champion diversity and inclusion by expanding candidate pools and enhancing representation at all levels.
• Utilize creative techniques across LinkedIn, social media, and networking to convert prospects into candidates.

Required profile

• Proven experience in technical sourcing or talent acquisition, preferably in a technology or semiconductor environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret recruitment metrics and market data.
• Excellent communication skills to influence stakeholders and convey talent insights.
• Demonstrated commitment to diversity and inclusive hiring practices.
