About the role

We are looking for an experienced Atlassian Consultant to lead end‑to‑end migrations of Jira Software, Jira Service Management and Confluence from Data Center to Atlassian Cloud. The role involves designing cloud‑ready solutions, re‑implementing custom logic, and ensuring seamless integration with enterprise identity providers.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver full migration projects, including discovery, assessment, planning, test migrations, cut‑over and post‑migration support.
• Analyse existing Jira, JSM and Confluence configurations and redesign workflows, schemes, custom fields, permissions, dashboards and reports for the cloud.
• Re‑create ScriptRunner/Groovy business logic using Atlassian Cloud‑native automation, workflow functions and suitable Marketplace apps.
• Migrate and configure key Marketplace applications (Assets & Inventory, EazyBI, Custom Charts, Projectrak, Structure, Tempo, Zephyr, Jira Plans) and coordinate with vendors as needed.
• Configure and administer both Data Center and Cloud instances of Jira Software, JSM and Confluence.
• Design and maintain user management, SSO and SCIM integrations with enterprise identity providers (SAML, Azure AD).
• Build integrations using Jira and Confluence REST APIs and webhooks for automation and data synchronization.
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops to gather requirements, propose solutions and promote Agile and ITSM best practices.

Required profile

• 6+ years of relevant experience with Atlassian products.
• Hands‑on administration of Jira Software, Jira Service Management and Confluence on both Data Center/Server and Cloud.
• Proven track record delivering Data Center to Cloud migrations, preferably in regulated financial services.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a pragmatic, scalable approach.
• Self‑starter able to work independently and within cross‑functional teams.
