Audit Manager – Dublin (Hybrid)

About the role
We are seeking an experienced Audit Manager to join a globally recognised Top 20 accounting firm in central Dublin. The role is hybrid, requiring 2‑3 days per week in the office, and offers a clear pathway to Director level for the right candidate.
Key responsibilities
- Run an audit portfolio as if it were your own business, managing client relationships end‑to‑end.
- Collaborate closely with Partners to deliver high‑quality audit services.
- Analyse financial statements to understand the underlying drivers of client performance.
- Expand the portfolio by leveraging and developing Irish business networks.
Required profile
- Minimum of 1 year experience at Audit Manager level within an Irish practice.
- Strong ambition to progress to Director level and a genuine drive to manage client portfolios.
- Excellent understanding of Irish audit standards and regulatory environment.
Required skills
What we offer
- Base salary between €70,000 and €75,000 per year.
- Performance‑based bonus.
