About the role
Join Northern Trust’s Audit Services team as an Auditor focused on Finance and Human Resources. You will work on regulatory reporting, treasury management, and financial risk audits while collaborating with colleagues in London, Chicago and Manila.
Key responsibilities
- Support end‑to‑end execution of audit engagements across capital management, accounting, risk management, payroll and selected operational activities.
- Evaluate adherence to laws and regulations and help expand audit coverage.
- Prepare high‑quality audit documentation and ensure timely delivery of findings.
- Build effective relationships with senior management and key stakeholders.
- Collaborate with a global audit team across multiple time zones.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Statistics or Economics; advanced law degree preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in banking, financial services or public accounting.
- Professional certification such as CIA or CPA preferred.
- Strong knowledge of auditing techniques and methodologies in the financial services environment.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, global audit team.
