BCAR Coordinator – Residential Development

About the role

We are looking for a BCAR Coordinator to join our busy construction team in West Dublin. The role supports the delivery of high‑quality residential projects while ensuring full compliance with the Building Control (Amendment) Regulations (BCAR).

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and maintain BCAR documentation across multiple construction sites.
• Liaise with project teams, consultants and Assigned Certifiers to ensure timely submissions.
• Maintain compliance records, inspection plans and certification files.
• Support project handovers by preparing statutory documentation.
• Ensure BCAR submissions are accurate and submitted on schedule.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years’ experience in BCAR compliance or a construction compliance role, or a Construction Management qualification with relevant project experience.
• Demonstrated knowledge of BCAR processes or a strong willingness to develop expertise.
• Excellent organisational and communication abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Required skills

• Familiarity with BCAR documentation and submission procedures.
