Bilingual Recruiter (French & English) – 9‑month Contract

About the role

Concern Worldwide is seeking a bilingual Recruiter to join its talent acquisition team on a 9‑month fixed‑term basis. Working from the Head Office in Dublin and remotely, you will manage end‑to‑end hiring for both global positions and local roles, ensuring the organization attracts the best talent to further its humanitarian mission.

Key responsibilities

• Lead 360° recruitment processes – from advertising and sourcing to interviewing, reference checks, offers and negotiations.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and desk officers to define recruitment plans for each vacancy.
• Build and maintain a proactive talent pool for future needs.
• Screen CVs, create shortlists, and manage the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with accurate reporting.
• Promote internal mobility and support HQ, international and national staffing requirements.
• Ensure compliance with GDPR and the organization’s accountability commitments throughout the hiring cycle.

Required profile

• Proven experience recruiting multi‑disciplinary roles on a global scale.
• Fluent written and spoken English and French.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
• Excellent organisational abilities and the capacity to meet tight deadlines.
• Genuine interest and empathy for Concern’s humanitarian work.

Required skills

• Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Working knowledge of GDPR requirements.
