BIM Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking a BIM Coordinator to join a leading Dublin‑based architecture and interior design studio. The role blends hands‑on project support with the development of BIM strategy, digital workflows and studio standards, working within a centralised digital team.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and develop Revit templates, families, shared parameters and BIM content libraries.
• Support project teams with BIM issues, coordination challenges and workflow improvements.
• Develop BIM standards, quality‑assurance processes and model‑checking procedures.
• Help improve digital workflows and automation across the practice.
• Deliver training and guidance to staff at all levels.
• Support ISO 19650 standards and digital delivery processes.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a BIM‑focused role within architecture.
• Advanced Revit skills with a strong technical understanding of drawing production.
• Experience creating parametric families and managing BIM standards.
• Familiarity with BIM 360, ACC or similar CDE platforms.
• Knowledge of Navisworks, AutoCAD, SketchUp and Enscape.
