Bookkeeper – Legal Practice

About the role
A busy, well‑established legal practice in Dublin City Centre is looking for an experienced and motivated Bookkeeper. The position offers flexibility, with both full‑time and part‑time options available.
Key responsibilities
- Manage client and office accounts in line with relevant regulations.
- Process invoices, payments, receipts and carry out bank reconciliations.
- Record daily financial transactions and maintain accurate accounting records.
- Assist with month‑end and year‑end financial reporting.
- Liaise with solicitors and staff to resolve financial queries.
- Support compliance with accounting, taxation and regulatory requirements.
Required profile
- Minimum of 2 years bookkeeping experience, preferably within a legal or professional services environment.
- Strong knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations and general ledger management.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities.
Required skills
- Proficiency with accounting software.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and general Microsoft Office applications.
