Brand and Content Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Brand and Content Specialist to join a fast‑evolving SaaS company in Ireland. The role sits at the crossroads of brand storytelling, content strategy and visual communication, helping shape the company’s AI‑driven search and web visibility narrative.

Key responsibilities

• Own the execution of brand and content initiatives across social, paid and long‑form channels, ensuring consistent messaging and visual identity.
• Create high‑impact LinkedIn and social posts that build brand awareness and thought leadership in AI visibility and SEO.
• Design and produce paid‑campaign creative assets for LinkedIn, Google and other platforms in partnership with performance‑marketing teams.
• Develop case studies and long‑form content that translate customer outcomes into compelling enterprise narratives.
• Maintain and evolve brand tone, messaging and visual consistency across all marketing outputs.
• Coordinate external or central SEO content contributors to align with the broader marketing strategy.
• Leverage tools such as Figma and AI‑assisted content platforms to produce high‑quality creative assets at scale.
• Support content experimentation and continuous improvement across formats, channels and messaging approaches.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in brand, content or marketing roles, preferably within B2B SaaS or technical product environments.
• Strong dual capability in writing and visual design, with confidence producing both copy and creative assets.
• Excellent written English and a keen instinct for clear, concise, brand‑aligned messaging.
• Ability to work independently, take ownership of execution and deliver high‑quality work with minimal supervision.
• Technical curiosity and willingness to experiment with emerging AI‑driven content tools.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Figma.
• Familiarity with AI‑powered content creation platforms for ideation and production.
