About the role

The Salthill Hotel is seeking an enthusiastic Breakfast Food & Beverage Server to join its dynamic Food & Beverage team. You will play a key part in delivering a welcoming and memorable breakfast experience for guests, ensuring service is efficient, professional and friendly.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide excellent customer service throughout breakfast service.
• Prepare and set up the breakfast restaurant before service begins.
• Take food and beverage orders when required and serve guests promptly.
• Replenish buffet items, maintaining presentation and quality standards.
• Clear and reset tables efficiently.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in line with food safety regulations.
• Assist colleagues to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Handle guest enquiries and resolve issues professionally.
• Follow all hotel health, safety and service procedures.
